High School Kiwanians – Throughout the school year, the club hosts students from six area high schools at our weekly meeting. The program introduces the students to the mission and work of Kiwanis, and students provide information about the activities taking place in their schools.
Each month, our six local area high schools select an outstanding senior student to represent their school. At the conclusion of the year, each school then selects one of those Junior Kiwanians that attended during the year to receive a scholarship. Our current scholarship is valued at $900.00, and plans are to increase that amount to $1,000.00 in 2025.
